Where is your Mosaic workshop Located?
How do you ship your Mosaics?
Our mosaics come as one piece on a mesh backing. They are rolled, wrapped, and shipped from within our workshop via DHL Express. We provide our customers with a tracking number and free worldwide shipping service on all orders.
What if my mosaic was received broken?
We have less than 0.1% damage rate and every mosaic shipped is fully insured; our customer will be completely reimbursed in case of damage or loss.
How long does my shipment usually take?
With the fastest lead-time in the industry, we will deliver your mosaic within 3 to 5 weeks. Anxious to receive your mosaic? No problem, we’ve got you covered! Get your mosaic delivered in 1 to 2 weeks with our Express Shipping for an extra cost.
I can’t tell the colors from the image on your website?
In case you are unsure of the colors, we are happy to send you an extensive color chart with stone samples for a symbolic price of 30$.
Do you offer installation service?
No we do not. We devote all our efforts into designing and creating the best mosaic pieces in the market.

Also, we are able to customize any of our existent designs in regards to color and size.
