You can view our entire product range at your ease. If you already know what you are looking for, you can breezily browse through our categories or use the Search function on our webpage.
Once you have selected an item, choose the color, the size and the quantity (please refer to the Size Guide if you need help to find the right size), and click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top of the page.
When you confirm your selected items to purchase(including discount,donation, delivery time and greeting card), you will be asked if you want to place your order with or without a customer account. We genuinely suggest you checkout with an account as you will be able to benefit a lot.
The last step provides you with an general-view of your order and allows you to edit your billing address and shipping address.
Once you have successfully placed your order and finished the payment, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Please note that this e-mail only confirms the receipt of your order. You will receive a separate confirmation e-mail when the order is dispatched. Azbro accepts payments via Paypal, credit card and AZBRO shipping card. Please be aware that we do not accept orders made by e-mail, letter, phone or fax, but only pre-paid orders.
Q4.Is There A Minimum Order Value?
There’s no minimum amount that has to be ordered. But please note that AZBRO has the final right to accept your order or not as indicated in the Terms and Conditions.

Please note that you can not use several coupon codes at the same time. But coupon codes and your azbro credits can be applied to items that are already on sale.

Q8.How Do I Use AZBRO Shopping Cards?
You may use the shopping card while you choose payment methods, enter the card number and Pin, and then go to the check-out, the shopping card amount will be deducted from your order total automatically.
Q1.How Can I Return My Order?
All items purchased from AZBRO can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please indicate your reason of returning and write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before you return the order, or download the Return&Exchange form and send us an email. We will answer you as soon as possible and explain to you how the return would be processed.
Please don’t send back your order until we emailed you back with the appropriate address, which is not the one displayed on the parcel.
We have very strict quality control and inspection before we dispatch the order. If you receive an item that is not in its perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered, will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
$15 express shipping fee is not available for refund if you request a return or refund.
Please don’t ship the parcel via express shipping, if it generates customs fee, we won’t take any responsibility. And please fill out any customs documents with “Product Returned-$0 Value” if needed.

Q7.Returning Shipping Fee
Our customers are responsible for the returning shipping charges if the order is returned because they bought the wrong size/color or caused by non-quality problems.
The refund will be processed to the Paypal account/Credit card originally used for the payment once we receive the returned parcel.
Refund to credit card may take up to 2-6 working days to appear on your account.
Q2.How Do I Know That You Have Received My Shipment Back?
