CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Due to the highly automated nature of our system, once orders have been placed they cannot be modified.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number to request cancellation of your order per the guidelines below:
-Orders placed Mon-Fri before 11am PST: Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed by 2pm PST the same day
-Orders placed Mon-Fri after 11am PST: Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed by 2pm PST the following business day.
-Orders placed Sat-Sun: Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed by 2pm Monday

WHY DO I SEE TWO CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?
At the time you place your order, we run what is called an Authorization on your credit card. This authorization is used to reserve the funds for the order, and is not an actual charge. This authorization will be automatically removed from your account within 1-3 days, depending on your bank. Once your order ships, we will run the actual charge to your card for only those items that shipped.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
We are required by state law to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to California. If you are shipping to any other state you will not be billed for sales tax.
THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE IN?
We don’t typically re-stock items after they sell out, however it is possible we could have a cancellation for the item so we suggest signing up for IN-STOCK notifications by locating the item you want, select the out-of-stock size you want, then enter your email address and click NOTIFY ME
